We have dedicated times to answer most messages; between 10:30 - 11:45 on weekdays. We usually have someone at reception to take calls however contacting us via email here is the best way to enquire about a new or existing build.

During the off season (October - February), our response time is generally around 2 - 7 working days. Please note that this means if you drop us a line on Wednesday afternoon, we may take until the following Wednesday morning to get a reply to you.
OPENING TIMES
We currently have a public shop & showroom, tuck shop and tournament-level Warhammer 40K Gaming Dungeon available for public use!

We welcome visits during our opening hours but please be aware that Sam will not stop talking about Airsoft tech once you get him started so if you value your time, please have an escape plan ready.

The opening times here are always correct. Our Google listing is periodically changed to '9-5' due to their algorithm and so is often incorrect.

FINDING US
We are situated behind the old Radio Tay building on North Isla Street, tucked in between the football stadiums.
Our shop is up the main ramp and then at the back-right of the industrial area (with signs showing the way once you're up the ramp).
