We have dedicated times to answer most messages; between 10:30 - 11:45 on weekdays. We usually have someone at reception to take calls however contacting us via email here is the best way to enquire about a new or existing build.

During the off season (October - February), our response time is generally around 2 - 7 working days. Please note that this means if you drop us a line on Wednesday afternoon, we may take until the following Wednesday morning to get a reply to you.
OPENING TIMES
We currently have a public shop & showroom, tuck shop and tournament-level Warhammer 40K Gaming Dungeon available for public use!

Please note that our showroom is undergoing a massive refurbishment so we have limited stock available to browse.
We welcome visits during our opening hours but please be aware that on-the-spot technical services are limited to 30 minute jobs so as not to interfere with the main build queue.

Our opening times here are always correct. Our Google listing is periodically changed to 9-5 due to their algorithm and so is often incorrect.

We are situated behind TayFM on North Isla Street.
Our shop is up the main ramp and then at the back-right of the industrial area (with signs showing the way).
